Words are lacking to express what is currently happening on the energy side but let's not be afraid of adjectives, the situation is frightening! European gas known as "FTT" continues to explode and reaches new records, which is upsetting in many ways. Beyond the causes of which everyone will be able to measure the lack of vision of European energy policies, it is important to assess the risk and therefore the consequences. Ignoring the additional cost for households, let's look at the agri-food sector with a key question: "Which companies will have to temporarily reduce their activity for lack of gas?" - Gas users, sugar factories are already trying to take measures to pull beets early to smooth the activity over time. This upsets the schedules and makes us fear the worst for the future.
