European sugar beet acreage to decline by 7% in 2025 - CGB

The area devoted to sugar beet in the EU27 will decrease from 1.555 million to 1.443 million hectares between 2024 and 2025, according to a report (€) in Le Betteravier Français quoting CGB, the French sugar beet growers' group.
