France pauses agri-trade ‘crusade’ for 'mirror clauses' amid Ukraine crisis

France's big push for "mirror clauses' during its EU presidency has taken a hit due to the Ukraine crisis. Far from toughening import rules on pesticide residues as France wanted, in fact the EU is now softening them to let in more animal feed.
