Selon les dernières prélèvements de betteraves réalisés, la CGB estime « une quantité de sucre inférieure de 8 % en moyenne par rapport à la moyenne 2015-2019 ». En cause notamment : le déficit d'ensoleillement. Le syndicat espère donc le retour du soleil et des arrachages les plus tardifs possibles.
