The threshold for treatment against aphids was reached south of Paris, in Eure, Val d'Oise and Champagne. With rising temperatures, flightless green aphids are appearing in several departments. This is the case in the Val d'Oise, Eure and Sarthe, the south of Paris and Champagne. The treatment intervention level is reached in these regions: 10% of plants with at least 1 or 2 wingless green aphids, from the 2-leaf stage of beets. On the other hand, the threshold has not been crossed in the Somme or Nord-Pas-de-Calais, "The conditions are not very favorable to a presence of Myzus Persicae," says ITB Somme. "We must remain alert," said Benoît Carton, regional director of CGB Normandie.
