UK RPA opens import quotas for "CXL" sugar, India, Serbia and others

The UK's Rural Payment Agency (RPA) has published an invitation to apply for licences to import sugar under the so-called "CXL" quotas from Brazil, "Erga Omnes", India, Northern Macedonia, Albania and Serbia. Applications for these import licences may be submitted between 1 September 2023 and 5pm on 7 September 2023. The Notice to Traders gives details of the terms and conditions which traders must comply with.
